ANNOUNCEMENTS:
 

1. We are aware that there are issues with online payment. If you encountered issues while making online payment, please try again later.

2. Online payment for hostel fees is not available from 2 - 5 February 2016 as GIRO payment is being processed during this period. Students who do not have GIRO arrangements for their their hostel fees may pay at their respective hostels (NETS, Credit Card or Cheque  payable to National University of Singapore) or at the Student Service Centre (NETS or Cheque payable to National University of Singapore).

3. The UHMS portal will not be available on 3 February 2016 (Wednesday) at 10.00am to 5.00pm and on 6 February 2016 (Saturday) at 2.00pm to 3.30pm due to system maintenance. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

4. UTown Residence is in close proximity to the Town Green Plaza which hosts lively activities throughout the year. Some noise is to be expected from these activities. Students who are sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration when selecting hostel preferences.

5. If you experienced problems during submission of the payment, please refrain from making another payment as you may incur unnecessary transaction charges. Subsequently, please contact your bank to confirm if payment has gone through.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

You will not be able to access the portal if:

  • You are not eligible for an NUS student accommodation i.e. part time student, graduated or withdrawn from NUS.
  • You have not accepted your NUS offer via the Graduate Admission System.
    • If you have accepted your offer via hardcopy, please ensure that your faculty/school has updated your status in the Graduate Admission System.   

You will not be able to submit an application if you are:

  • On Leave of Absence (LOA)
  • Barred from applying due to discliplinary reasons
  • Barred from applying due to financial reasons i.e. outstanding hostel fees.
