Welcome to NUS Guest Accommodation at Student Halls

NUS provides guest accommodation for visiting academics, consultants, external examiners and short-term University visitors who are on official business at the invitation of Deans/Directors or Head of Departments. Overseas Research Fellows and Research Assistants on grants as well as foreign postgraduate students pursuing higher degrees overseas are eligible for transit accommodation subject to the availability of rooms. Visiting parents of NUS students are also eligible for accommodation if vacancies exist.

PDPA NOTE: By proceeding with this application, it is deemed that you declare and warrant that for any personal data of any individuals disclosed by you in connection with this application, you have consented to permit NUS to collect, use and disclose such personal data for purposes related to this application; and for industry regulators and other government organisations, as required by local laws and regulation.

Kindly note that each registration is a one-time log in. After payment, the booking is confirmed and you will be logged out. A new booking requires new registration again.

In the event of incomplete application or booking payment, please click on ‘Log-In’ using your (i) username and (ii) password keyed in the ‘Registration Page’ to continue and complete the booking or click on 'Account' to check if you have outstanding payment.

Documents to prepare:

  • Supporting document(s) will be required for validation and to confirm your booking (max. 4MB for the document and in format such as PDF/ JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ DOC/ TXT).
Cancellation and Refund

Request for cancellation either full or partial of accommodation should be in writing and emailed to us @ housing.guestresv@nus.edu.sg at least two (2) days before the check-in date to avoid penalty of 1 night charge. Refund will be made within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
