For the Standard Rooms at UTown, the room rate includes the provision of bed sheet, pillow with pillow case and blanket and daily common area housekeeping services and change of linen every 7 days. Please note that the towels, toiletries and daily linen change will not be provided.
Check-in procedures:
Please proceed to respective Management Office for checking-in during office hour. The Management Office address and UTown location map can be found here. The Management Office is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays and closed on weekends/public holidays. If you are scheduled to arrive after office hour, please notify us through email at ohs.conf@nus.edu.sg for individual booking. For conference group booking, please check with your conference organiser with regards to the check-in information.
