Room rates stated above is per night/per room (subject to 7% GST)

If you select the room option for student, you are required to key in your current student ID number during registration. In the event you are unable to provide your student ID number during registration and your student ID Card during check-in, your booking will be cancelled and a refund made.

The Non Student rate is applicable to all non-student status participants.

The rate includes the following provisions:

Standard Rooms (Common bath):-
  • Bed sheet, Pillow with case, Blanket
  • Daily common area housekeeping services
  • Change of linen every 7 days

The standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and prevailing room rate.

UTown check-in procedures
Please proceed to respective Management Office for checking-in during office hour. The Management Office address and UTown location map can be found here. The Management Office is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays and closed on weekends/public holidays. If you are scheduled to arrive after office hour, please notify us through email at ohs.conf@nus.edu.sg for individual booking. For conference group booking, please check with your conference organiser with regards to the check-in information.
