NUS Guest Accommodation

Welcome to NUS Guest Accommodation Booking System

NUS provides guest accommodation for visiting academics, consultants, external examiners and short-term University visitors who are on official business at the invitation of Deans/Directors or Head of Departments. Overseas Research Fellows and Research Assistants on grants as well as foreign postgraduate students pursuing higher degrees overseas are eligible for transit accommodation subject to the availability of rooms. Visiting parents of NUS students are also eligible for accommodation if vacancies exist.

For new enquiries / applications:

For first time guests, please select the dates you will be staying. Choose the desired place to stay and fill in the registration details. A confirmation email will be sent to you subsequently.

Important Notes:

  • A minimum of 2 nights is required for booking of guestrooms for all locations.
  • Rates are subjected to 7% GST based on IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) requirement.
  • For NUS inter-department bookings, GST will not be applicable.
  • Bookings are reserved for guests of the University on academic related visits and events only; and must be supported or approved by an NUS department.
  • Cancellation Policy - Request for cancellation either full or partial of accommodation should be in writing and emailed to us @ ohsalloc@nus.edu.sg (for Kent Vale serviced apts) or ohsguestresv@nus.edu.sg (for guestrooms in UTown, PGPR, and 6 halls) at least two (2) days before the check-in date to avoid penalty of 1 night charge.

 

For confirmed bookings, please log-in using the credentials sent to your email for online payment within 5 calendar days after confirmation email is sent. Booking will be released if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
